The seven Alpine countries will be showcasing themselves with their range of different culinary products on site at the CULINARIUM ALPINUM. Visitors will get an impression of the variety of Alpine culinary products.

Forum

Focusing on local value creation networks

The first forum at the CULINARIUM ALPINUM is aimed at establishing an active network for regular dialogue and exchange. During the first run, a closer look will be taken at local value creation networks along with the special circumstances in the Alpine region.

Awarding of medals

The winners in the five categories of the international competition for Alpine regional products will be presented with their awards at the CULINARIUM ALPINUM on the evening of Saturday, 9 November 2024, starting at 6 pm.
